| Panels Processing
and Installment
Ways of processing panels are easy. With
processing timber or metal tools we can finish all,
including cutting, sawing, milling, slotting, side
folding and curving. We can make a piece of panel
into one of various shapes, e.g. curve, reverse curve,
curve corner and sharp curve, according to different
design demand, which can¡¯t be paralleled by other
decorating materials.

Sawing

|
| Slotting
We attach great importance to making sure the processed
U type slot is 0.2-0.4mm away from the polyethylene
substrate
We suggest 110 as the best slot angle.
¡ñ(1)Milling machine and trimmer
Use a modified drill as showed in the following left
chart.
Number of teeth: 2-4
Running speed: 20,000-30,000rpm
Feed speed: 3-5m/minute
Material: Hard alloy
¡ñ(2)When processing large quantity of U type slots,
we suggest using round saw and belt saw. A picture
of that kind of slotter is listed in the following:
¡ñmaterial: hard alloy sheet
¡ñouter diameter: 305mm
¡ñnumber of teeth : 24
¡ñrunning speed : 3,000-5,000rpm
¡ñfeed speed: 5m/minute

| Bending with plate folder
When using plate folder to bend, we should
make sure the radius is suitable for the molds. The
required minimum inner radius is listed in the following
chart:

|
| Bending with 3-roller bender
Compared with plate folder, 3-roll panel bender is
more favorable for bending panels with big inner diameter.
And before bending, we should ensure that the panels
could be bended with hands after bending is finished.
|
| Riveting
Through countersinking rivet, we can achieve easy
jointing from one direction.

|
| Bolting
From the perspective of deformation limit, we conclude
that Formula e¡Ý2D is the best calculation method between
aperture (D) and the distance from hole center to
panel end (e).

shape. The reversed side is first routed and panel folded.Routing
is performed using one of the three tools show: |

Not suitable for Alabond Rectangular groove
for folodings up to 150 depends on the panel thickness
